Grand Opening Weekend of the Rasmussen Education Center

Our Open House continues all weekend with FREE crafts, musical performances, activities for all ages, and visits with living history interpreters! FREE

On View: HIGHLIGHTS of the CONCORD MUSEUM which includes over 100 historical artifacts from the Concord Museum collection including Paul Revere’s lantern and Henry David Thoreau’s desk.

The Rasmussen Education Center Open House will be an autumn feast for all ages – and for all five senses! See some of the highlights of the Concord Museum’s collection and listen to stories about the town’s rich history -- as well as performances from local musicians. Smell what’s cooking over the Museum’s new reproduction hearth, and try some of the tasty treats for sale by local businesses. And express your creativity through a variety of hands-on activities: make a suncatcher, write in Revolutionary secret code, or learn about weaving fabric from a local artist. FREE.
The Concord Museum's Grand Opening weekend celebrations are made possible by Middlesex Savings Bank.
